By 3.0 version, do you mean the next release of WHS (codename Vail) that is out now in beta, or the HP software 3.0 update for the HP range of WHS servers?

I’ve not tested on Vail, but from what I’ve read the add-in API has changed a lot and old add-ins are not supported. But for the HP software 3.0 update I expect no problems.

Short answer: Yes

This add-in simply runs the original Jungle Disk Desktop application inside the WHS management console. So everything should work as before, but you get the full UI though the console.

I am a current Jungle disk for WHS user. If I remove the current WHS JD app, install the desktop app via RD, and supply the same keys that I used originally, will my current S3 data buckets be recognized by the new (desktop version) installation?

You do not need to create c:\program files\JungleDisk\ this is done by the JungleDisk Desktop installer that you download from http://www.jungledisk.com and which you must have installed (via remote desktop) before installing the add-in.

I’v created c:\program files\JungleDisk\ and I’v rerun .MSI program in the WHS Console. After correctly installed the AddIns program the folder is always empty while I’v a jungleDisk DLL program in the Window Home Server folder.

Are you running english OS version or another language? The add-in assumes JungleDisk is installed at c:\program files\JungleDisk\

I’ve correctly installed Jungle disk Add-Ins on the WHS console but, I can’t find the file « junglediskmonitor.exe ». This file is not in my computer or in WHS server. What is the problem?
